Foam into a siphon coffee bars with dates
A small easy recipe today. The trap is a magical device which has great potential that unfortunately I neglect. The recipe I am presenting today has only 3 ingredients and is delicious in a glass, on crackers or as a topping on a coffee. It is slightly sweet with a good taste of coffee. You can easily change quantities of coffee dissolved in the cream to adjust the intensity of the flavor to taste.

Like any revenue using a siphon, it is very important to filter the preparation using a sieve before pouring into the trap. You will not want a clot blocks the opening of Sugar your trap.

400 ml 35% cream 3 C.
Soup of instant coffee granules 3 C.
Soup powdered sugar 1 Cartridge
gas N2O (Silver )

In a bowl, dissolve with a whip coffee and sugar in the cream.

Filter preparation using a wire sieve and pour into the trap.
. Close
trap firmly and pressurize a gas canister. Refrigerate 3 hours siphon.
. Shake
trap and serve.
